Brushes

These are the Landscape Brushes that are available:

• 2 Inch Brush, Background

• 1 Inch Brush, Landscape

• #6 Fan Brush

• #10 Large Painting Knife

• Script Liner Brush

• Filbert Brush

• #5 Small Painting Knife

• #3 Fan Brush

• Oval Brush, 1”

• Foliage Brush, 1”

• Half-Size Round, Size 3/4”

All the brushes you really need are included in the Master Paint Kit. It makes sense to have at least two 1” inch brushes for painting light and dark colors with less brush cleaning.

Also getting the second smaller #5 Painting Knife will give you some more flexibility.

The #3 Fan Brush would also give you some more flexibility as it is a little smaller

If you will be doing smaller canvases (on the show Bob always used an 18”x24” canvas) you won’t be using the 2” brush much except for blending. So one is enough.

The Filbert, Oval, Round and Half-Size Round brushes not needed, but can make painting bushes and trees easier.
